For almost a decade I led as a Founder, Director, or VP of Product & Engineering at hyper-growth startups like Imperfect Foods. After keeping thousands of families fed during a global pandemic I realized I didn’t need another product “win,” I was complete. I found my second calling helping other product leaders achieve the amazing career I had enjoyed. I use all my past lives to help product leaders laser in on what’s keeping them and their teams stuck. As a certified executive coach I will ask you to do hard things, but never something I haven’t been willing to do myself.

Co-founded a deals & discounts marketplace that enabled everyday families to keep neighborhood restaurants alive during an economic recession.
At 28:
Sold the company and started teaching web interaction design to undergraduates.
At 30:
Named Managing Director at top software consulting company. Launched the first enterprise-level cloud Point-of-Sale for global hospitality giant Agliysys.

Left tech to open a restaurant pop-up & catering company celebrating the dishes of her Cantonese-American childhood with a California twist. These dishes connect her to family during a particularly difficult time.
At 34:
Alchemy. A chance meeting lures Patti back to tech, this time marrying a growing marketplace startup with her passion for homecooking and food justice.
At 35:
Patti accepts a role as the first head of digital Product at Imperfect Foods, a Bay Area startup fighting food waste through online grocery delivery. The company grows 26x to half billion annual revenue in three years.
