I'm Patti Chan, a digital product leader, avid cook, and infinitely curious human. Having spent 19+ years in tech, I now advise venture-funded startups, coach product leaders, and was most recently VP of Product at Imperfect Foods and Chord Commerce. I'm holding on to my past lives as software engineer, designer, entrepreneur, teacher, and chef with all that I've got.

I write about product management and leadership from a female gaze, with a touch of Asian American perspective. I'm passionate about helping people lead more meaningful lives, in the products I build and in the words I write. You will always leave hopeful, occasionally wiser, and often hungry. I'm also a public speaker and closet introvert. I live in beautiful Oakland, California with my ex-pastry chef husband and rescue dog, Tahini.
